Custom Orders
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once production begins, all sales on custom orders are final. Please double-check your specifications and consult with us before placing a custom request.
Standard Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
1, The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
2, Items must be returned without any damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
3, Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours, but it may up to 3-5 days to get back to your card due to different process time of banks.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Request a Return
